What this site is
sfdc24.com is an independent community resource, with notes on assessment, automation and AI enablement. It operates from the Toronto area. It exists so you can describe a problem and find out quickly whether it is worth a conversation.
The chat is not advice
The assistant on the home page is Greg or Claude; each reply is labelled with the one that wrote it. It is useful for working out whether there is something here worth pursuing. It is not professional advice, it can be wrong, and nothing it says creates an engagement or an obligation on either side.
Do not make a change to a production Salesforce org because a chat window suggested it. Paid work is agreed separately, in writing.
Fair use
The chat is rate limited to keep it available and to keep its running costs sane. Please do not attempt to use it as a general-purpose assistant, automate requests against it, or use it to generate content unrelated to Salesforce work.
No guarantees about the site
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and parts of it depend on Google services outside this business’s control.

What you write in the chat stays yours. By sending it you allow it to be read and stored so that someone can respond. See Privacy.
